Job summary
We are looking for high caliber and tested Sr. Program Manager to drive a project with strategic significance and high exposure. In this role you will define scalable processes and frameworks leveraged by multiple cross-functional teams. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous and innovative environment. You will drive programs across multiple cross-functional teams including product, tech and operations. You will be the lead strategist defining product vision and strategy. Our ideal teammate possesses a natural curiosity, sharp analytical skills and is excited to pioneer on behalf of customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Post-graduate degree (MBA, MS, etc.).
Experience with large scale e-commerce platforms including systems involving complex business logic.
The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $115,600 – 160,000/yr
and in New York City is $115,600 – 160,000/yr. Pay is based on market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may
be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a
full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on
