We’re seeking an exceptional talent scout with SaaS industry background who is excited about joining a hi-tech purpose-driven brand. We are growing and looking for a highly motivated recruiting professional to source, screen, and hire technical talent such as Product Designers, Product Managers, & Engineers. In short, your objective is to ensure we hire the best and brightest talent to realize our noble mission. You’ll also serve as an external brand ambassador sharing our employee value proposition to external audiences of potential candidates & influencers.
You’ll Get To:
- Strategize with hiring managers to meet talent needs
- Review job descriptions and post to appropriate media platforms.
- Screen applicants for culture fit & competency with the job requirements.
- Coordinate telephone, video, or in-person interviews
- Extend job offers and support a wonderful on-boarding processes
- Create a positive candidate experience before, during, and after the selection process
- Grow a talent community and robust networks within relevant organizations to ensure continuous talent pipeline
- Stay abreast of and recommend winning strategies and solutions to promote fast-scale growth
You should bring:
- 7+ years of technical recruiting for fast-growth tech companies– SaaS or FinTech space required
- Extra point for expertise in hiring creative tech talent like UX Designers, Writers, and Front End Developers
- Expertise in attracting diverse talent to an inclusive organization
- A solid understanding of technology and technical skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Experience in recruitment processes, assessments & platforms (we use Greenhouse as our ATS)
- Superior interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Focus, tenacity, and a strong sense of urgency
