As a Weedmaps Support Engineer, you’ll be bridging the gap between our engineering and support teams. This includes addressing non-obvious issues raised by our support team requiring a closer look through a more technical lens. As someone on the frontlines, you’ll be the first person to report perceived issues to our application engineers, who will work with you to come up with solutions.
On top of technical investigative work, you’ll also help our external integrators better understand our APIs and how they can use them, helping to write better documentation along the way. As a major player in this emerging industry, we have an opportunity to help define the market landscape and we invite you to help in that effort.
This is a fast paced, highly tactical role that involves partnering with multiple business functions to provide a best in class customer and integration experience with Weedmaps.
