Job Brief

The Moz Group is looking to bring onboard a temporary Talent Sourcer / Associate Recruiter for a 6 month project working closely with our internal Recruiting team. You will play a vital role by finding and engaging with individuals whose skills and background align with our hiring needs. You’ll be the first point of contact that prospective candidates have with our company so in addition to solid research skills you also need to exhibit engaging verbal & written communication skills.

This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • You will spend most of your time searching for and reaching out to potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Conduct initial phone calls with candidates to better understand their backgrounds, interest in new roles, and also answer their questions.
  • Partner with our recruiters and hiring managers to understand the current and planned talent needs for the company to develop strategies to find the right people.
  • You will edit, draft, and refresh existing job descriptions and update hiring plans with help from our Recruiters and HR.
  • Adhere to and make continuous improvements to our ATS procedures to ensure data is accurate.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Recruiting or Talent Sourcing experience.
  • Experience in a role where you’ve had to make unsolicited outreach to an audience to capture their interest using email. This could also have been in a sales or marketing capacity.
  • You should be a learn-it-all who can research and deep dive on new topics.
  • Prior sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking or contact management systems such as Jobvite and Greenhouse is also preferred for this role.
