We’re a small team building sophisticated software and innovative solutions for a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. As we bring on a wide swath of new customers, we are looking to scale up our teams and enter our next phase of growth.
We are looking for a well seasoned, Technical Sourcer to join our ever expanding talent team. You will partner with Senior Recruiters and hiring managers to help fill multiple high impact roles across engineering, product and design. You will calibrate requirements and then recruit the best possible talent in San Francisco, Denver and across the US by crafting customized, engaging messaging to drive interest from passive candidates. You’ll have ownership over candidate pipelines and as our first dedicated sourcer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Talent to continuously iterate and optimize our top-of-funnel process, tools, and candidate experience. We believe in autonomy and enabling our team members to have high impact and growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidate is someone with 3+ years of technical sourcing experience at an agency or in-house position. No matter where you earned your sourcing stripes, you’ve developed a knack for spotting talent from a mile away, reading between the lines on a resume or profile, and getting the attention of folks who have a dozen other recruitment messages in their inbox. You understand the difference between front end vs backend technologies, have in-depth knowledge of search strategies and can quickly determine a good fit from bad one. Attention to detail and good organization skills are key for success. What will set you apart from run of the mill sourcers is creativity and passion for diversity sourcing and recruiting. Over the years, you have gained exposure to a broad range of applicant tracking systems (we use Lever), sourcing automation tools like Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo and maybe even a few lesser known tools that you can bring to the team. Your sourcing radar is always on and you realize there are a myriad of places to find candidates outside of LinkedIn when the going gets tough. You strive to have a healthy and diverse pipeline at all times and aren’t afraid to proactively work closely with organizations to get us involved with recruiting events. Lastly you have experience or get excited about the idea of working in a fast paced, high growth environment!
