You will own the customer relationship from a technical perspective and, together with the Customer Success Manager, will support our strategic customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to continued adoption and usage of the platform. You will help our customers translate complex business needs into data-driven solution designs. You will be responsible for the solution implementation ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
