ChainSafe Systems is currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our company is growing fast, and with both a clear vision and strong values, we are the industry leaders in designing and developing scalable solutions for the decentralized web.

The Role

As we scale our Talent Acquisition team, one of our core needs is hiring top-level technical talent and identifying uniquely amazing individuals to drive us forward. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you would be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring for our team. You will bring any creative methods you can conceive to bring qualified candidates. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and the biggest ambassador for ChainSafe.

About The Job

  • Developing and owning full-cycle recruitment process, recruiting pipelines end-to-end for engineering talent, sourcing strategies, etc
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles in the blockchain space is ideal
  • Adopt social recruiting strategies to relate with and attract top talents and build a pool of qualified candidates that can be accessed at all times as vacancies arise
  • Ensuring high quality and bespoke candidate experience
  • Developing and fostering strong partnerships with all parties involved
  • Being a guardian and champion of our culture and candidate experience
  • Build relationships with relevant industry professional associations, universities, meetups and other appropriate events.
  • The incumbent will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best tech talents.

About You

  • Min 5 years of fast-paced, high-volume technical recruiting experience in a competitive market
  • Min 5 years of experience hiring for senior-level engineering talent preferably in a startup setting
  • Ability to proactively source + attract passive talent in the industry through multiple methods and channels
  • Ability to think outside the box. Demonstrated expertise at partnering cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive consensus decisions
  • Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both general and cultural fit
  • Extensive tech industry knowledge with the ability to identify target companies, conferences, and other sources for top industry-related talent
  • Strong track record of monitoring metrics and delivering against targets – both quantitative and qualitative
  • Strong  interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as well as external
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, candidates, and hiring partners
  • Ability to work independently while valuing, encouraging, and partaking in collaboration across a team
  • Agency or in-house recruitment both welcome and a combination of both is a plus
  • You must be self-motivated, tenacious, and driven, operating with a high sense of urgency while working effectively within a team environment
  • Bonus Points: interest or background in Blockchain and experience with international hiring
