About the Role and Your Impact
As Vice President of Marketing you will join Community as the leader of our Marketing team, reporting to our CRO. You are a seasoned full-stack marketer who brings expertise in demand generation, product marketing, marketing communications, brand management, and more. You have experience in B2B environments, taking products that have found early traction and scaling them into household names.
You will partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team to lead go-to-market strategies as we take on new verticals and customer segments. You have a passion for understanding the end-to-end customer journey, defining goals at each stage, and know how to effectively pull levers across multiple channels to achieve desired results. You are comfortable unifying systems, inspiring teams, balancing budget, and creating plans. You will coach and mentor a team of marketers, and together your team will play an integral role in the long-term success and sustainability of Community.
