What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?


The primary purpose of the Web Developer is to assist the Marketing Team in managing the
creation and updating of websites, coding landing pages, and analytics tracking across
platforms. The role will also support in CSS clean-up and creating a performance marketing
analytics landscape.

The Web Developer will work closely with The Director of Marketing and The Head of
Analytics. The outcomes of this role directly impact the wider Marketing Team as well
supporting website objectives of the Product and Customer Success Teams.


Position Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Analytics and Director of Marketing to develop and track the business’s performance marketing tracking landscape to the company’s growth target and objectives.
  • Regularly review organisational performance and present strategic proposals to the Director of Marketing to improve our tracking capabilities using GTM tags, UTM tracking, CAPI and pixel as well as Google Analytics.
  • Writing efficient code.
  • Cleaning up CSS in web forms.
  • Researching and implementing new software to support commercial growth.
  • Implementing and maintaining our tracking landscape across channels including GTM tags, UTM tracking, CAPI and pixel as well as Google
  • Website updating and maintenance.
  • Creating backup plans in case site crashes.
  • Implementing security measures to protect website against spam and malware.
  • Optimising landing pages to improve page load speed to Marketing Teams requirements
  • Continue to identify low-level tasks in the business and take action to automate them, or if not possible, outsource them to the virtual assistants.
  • Lead other initiatives or projects for the company as directed and prioritized by the CEO.


Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies:


  • HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Server architecture.
  • Experience with server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP,
  • Experience with database systems such as SQL and Oracle.
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing and sales functions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics.
  • Sound understanding of creating a Google Analytics tracking environment.
  • Sound acknowledgment of modern leadership and coaching strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of The Doers Way product offering (acquired within the first 30 days)


  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Technical skills in a range of systems and tools such as Infusionsoft CRM, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, Clickfunnels, Wordpress, FB Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Effective people management and communication skills with a performance-based approach to leadership and development.
  • Financial management and reporting including the interpretation and ability to gather, sort and analyze data.

  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing driven web developer.
  • Proven experience in analytics setup as well as HTML/CSS coding.
  • Experience in leading teams (required) and global locations (preferred).
  • Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessing or higher.
  • Diploma of Leadership & Management (or similar).
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll applications.
