Description

Searching for more than just another job?

At PropLogix, your talent, expertise, and imagination fuel our mission and allow you to be a part of something greater than yourself. You will love where you work and who you work with. We dress casually, we are free to be ourselves, we continually listen, learn, and inspire one another. Mostly, we are here to make a difference in the real estate industry; and this mission binds us as a family. We are on our way to innovate an antiquated industry by combining cutting-edge technology, transparency, and perfecting the art of customer delight. When we put you first, we know we can trust you to put our customers first.

What will I do?

Be a part of a technology team that innovates the way real estate transacts…

Be responsible for making buying and selling a home simpler and more transparent…

As a Cloud Architect at PropLogix, you will work on an agile, diverse and cross-functional team to enable the transformation of Cloud development and operations practices. This individual should know the relevant technologies, understand the relationship between those technologies, the cost implications of cloud resources, and how they can be integrated and combined to promote sound cloud solutions effectively.

Essential Functions • Manage the development and implementation of cloud strategy, develop the architecture governance framework, and define architecture foundations. • Define, implement, and enforce the cloud operating environment, cloud standards, and associated tools/platforms/frameworks. • Define and enforce Cloud architecture best practices: availability, redundancy schemes, performance, Disaster Recovery, data, and integration patterns. • Recommend cost optimizations and ensure cloud resources are operating as efficiently as possible. • Deep dive into reliability issues and partner with developers to produce and roll out fixes with longterm solutions where applicable. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization for end-to-end cloud architecture, including networking, provisioning, and management. • Manage and appropriately escalate delivery roadblocks, risks, issues, and challenges. • Validate the effectiveness of resources once they go-live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. • Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack: IaaS, PaaS, services, applications, network, and security. • Collaborate with Architecture, Development, IT, and Security teams to ensure well-architected cloud solutions.

When will I work?
This is a full-time remote position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
