Please read our terms carefully before accessing or using the information and Services provided through our website, which includes any other domains or sub-domains owned by Remote Work Hub. For the purposes of this agreement the words “We”, “Our” and “Us” also refer to Remote Work Hub.
The “Service” or “Services” collectively include the Website, all webpages and subdomains therein, any successor and affiliated websites, emails sent by Remote Work Hub, accounts, job leads service, Career Services (as defined below), Hub Connect (as defined below), Content, any other services offered on the Website, and any other services that state they are governed by these Terms. “Content” means any and all text, articles, images, videos, graphics, software, music, audio, information, or other materials appearing on the Website, including, without limitation, information about employers, career resources, advice, and questions, answers, or other content located on our blog, whether created or posted by Remote Work Hub or any other contributor.
Our Site includes services that are free to use, as well as certain services that require payment (“Paid Services”) such as our Premium Membership and Career & Coaching Services. If you purchase any of our Paid Services, you agree to pay us any applicable fees. You also agree to any additional terms that may apply to the Paid Service. You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts indirectly, via a third party payment processor. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of the applicable Paid Service. If you are directed to a third party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing the use of that third party’s service and that third party’s personal information collection practices. Please note that Remote Work Hub will not be liable for any bank fees, foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location. Career & Coaching Services.
Our Career & Coaching Services are Paid Services where we connect you with our team of qualified career coaches to help candidates improve their job search profile in an effort to increase their chances of gaining remote work. You may purchase a variety of different Career & Coaching Services offered by our Coaches, including resume & cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile makeover, interview preparation, career coaching, and skills coaching. All services are listed in the Career Services section of our website.
Coaches are independent career consultants who offer to perform consulting services for users of Remote Work Hub. They are not employees or agents of Remote Work Hub and we do not endorse or verify any Coaches or the Services provided by any Coach. The Coaches, and not Remote Work Hub, are solely responsible for honoring any Service purchased by you. If a Coach becomes unavailable to provide a purchased Service, you may be entitled to a refund. If you miss an appointment or fail to give at least 24 hours-notice of cancellation, the fees you paid for the Service may be forfeited. Please see our Merchant & Refund Policy for more information.
Career & Coaching Services must be purchased in advance, and may be purchased individually or in packages. We will honor the price of a Service purchased by you for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, even if we decide, in our sole discretion, to otherwise increase the price of such Service during that period. Purchased Career & Coaching Services that are not used within 12 months from the date of purchase may be forfeited.
For so long as Remote Work Hub offers Career Services, you hereby agree not to hire or otherwise engage any Coach to whom you are introduced via our Services other than directly through our Site. To the extent you breach the foregoing restriction, you and the applicable Coach shall be jointly liable for any losses incurred by us.
To access some of the Services offered by Remote Work Hub, such as job leads, saving jobs, creating job alerts, joining our community, and completing a member profile, you will need to create an account (“Member Account”, “Account”), either Free as a Basic Member, or Paid as a Premium Member. If you choose not to create a Member Account, you may access certain information as a visitor. You will still be subject to these terms and conditions.
Your Username and Password.
When you create a Member Account on Remote Work Hub, you must create a username and password. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Member Account. Your username cannot be changed unless you cancel and recreate an account. You may change your password at any time on the Account Settings page inside the Members area. You can also request your password be changed by emailing us at email@example.com. You agree to immediately notify Remote Work Hub of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security known to you.
Account Cancellation or Deletion.
You may cancel or delete your Member Account at any time by logging into the Members area and going to Account Settings. Additional help can be found on our Account FAQ page inside the Members area. Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your account be cancelled or deleted.
When you choose to cancel or delete your Member Account, you also have the right to request the deletion of any of your personal information that we may have stored on our business systems in order to fulfill Services. To request your personal information be deleted, please email email@example.com.
Remote Work Hub connects professionals to job vacancies with employers across the world. Each job posting listed on our site will either a) re-direct you to the applicable employer’s career page, where you can submit your application, or b) link you to the employer’s email address where you can send your job application. Remote Work Hub plays no part in the hiring manager’s decision process and we cannot answer any questions regarding the status of job applications. You should send all inquiries to the employer directly.
No Guarantees of Job Vacancy.
Remote Work Hub gives no guarantee of the continued availability of any particular job listed on the Site and will not be liable to you should an employer/agency fill the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the job listing from the Site. Whilst Remote Work Hub takes efforts to ensure that jobs listed are for active job vacancies, it gives no guarantee to you that every job listing represents a current job vacancy.
Code of Conduct.
In using the Services provided by Remote Work Hub, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Services. In connection with your use of the Services, you may not and you agree that you will not:
- Violate any local, state, provincial, national, or other law or regulation, or any order of a court.
- Run any bots, spiders, scrapers, web crawlers, indexing agents or other software to aggregate or browse our Content, including, without limitation, company or user accounts or profiles, or otherwise interfere with or circumvent the integrity of the Website or Services.
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or similar software to the Website or Services or transmit any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, or surreptitiously intercept any data, or personal information.
- Use the Services to transmit, distribute, post, or submit any confidential information concerning any other person or entity, including, without limitation, photographs of others without their permission, personal contact information or credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers.
- Stalk or harass, interfere with, or disrupt the access of any user of the Services, or collect or store any personally identifiable information about any other user without explicit consent from the user.
- Defame, defraud, mislead, or impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Post false information, including, without limitation, in respect of a job, company, or your own credentials as a job applicant.
- Infringe, violate, or otherwise interfere with any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of another party.
- Act in any manner which, in our sole discretion, is objectionable, interferes with the proper working of the Services, or which may affect our reputation in any way.

Information Not Endorsed by Remote Work Hub.
Remote Work Hub does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs advertised on its Site and Remote Work Hub strongly recommends that prior to entering into any agreement with any of the Employers listed on the Site, that you conduct your own due diligence and obtain your own independent legal, accounting, financial or taxation advice as appropriate. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the Site or on the Internet generally. In no event will Remote Work Hub be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained on or omitted from the Site.
No Guarantees or Endorsements of External Sites or Services.
Remote Work Hub provides external links to sites maintained by third parties. Such linked sites are not under the control of Remote Work Hub and, therefore, we are not responsible for the contents (including the accuracy, legality or decency) of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Remote Work Hub is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Remote Work Hub of the linked site. Remote Work Hub is not responsible for the copyright compliance of any linked site. Remote Work Hub will not be liable for any damages or loss arising in any way out of or in connection with or incidental to any information or third party service provided by any third party.
Our Rights to Use Feedback Information.
Security of Your Information.
While Remote Work Hub takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide to us, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on Remote Work Hub’s systems or Site. Remote Work Hub disclaims all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to law should this occur.
Arbitration Provision/No Class Action.
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of using the Site and Services, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action (collectively, “Claim”) arising out of or connected with the Site or Services, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association for full and final settlement of such Claim, and judgment on the award rendered in the arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Such arbitration shall be held in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Procedures under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association or other mutually agreeable organization, before a single arbitrator (with knowledge and expertise of copyright law if the claim is all or partially for copyright infringement), selected by agreement of both parties or by an independent mediator (with knowledge and expertise of copyright law if the claim is all or partially for copyright infringement) if the parties are unable to agree.
The parties shall split the arbitration and/or mediator costs. An award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered and confirmed by the courts of the State of Delaware, County of Kent, or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The parties agree that any post-arbitration action seeking to enforce an arbitration award or action seeking equitable or injunctive relief shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware, County of Kent, or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
Privacy and Use of Personal Information.
The disclaimers in this section apply to the maximum extent allowable under applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and we are not responsible for the activities, omissions, or other conduct, whether online or offline, of any other user or any Coach. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you. We make no representations concerning any Content contained in or accessed through the Services.
The Services are provided “as is,” and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including the warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed. Remote Work Hub does not warrant that: (i) the Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location; (ii) the Services will function without errors; (iii) any defects or errors will be corrected; (iv) any Content or software available at or through the Services is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (v) the results of using or relying on any Content or Services or advice contained therein will meet your requirements or produce desired results. Your use of the Services or reliance on any Content is solely at your own risk.
