Clarity is looking for both junior and senior Business Developers for EMEA with focus on French speaking markets. If you’re a driven, smart, creative, and curious individual with a passion for tech and social impact, we are looking for you!
LOCATION: This role can be based in London or elsewhere in Europe
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will join our team of Sales and Business Development professionals coming from top investment banks and management consulting firms. We are looking for salespeople with a hunger to grow business who will be able to support/manage in the following areas:
- Strategy & Business Development. Support in the definition of Clarity sales strategy, key milestones and business development.
- Clients (B2B model). Support client acquisition and relationship management: meeting preparation and follow-ups. Also attending meetings with C-level of top asset managers / wealth managers.
- Operations & Finance. Support the CEO and COO/CFO with ops, P&L, modeling and business projections.
- Product. Support our team of Product Managers in the definition of our end-to-end digital product (use cases, user stories, customer journeys, etc.).
Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, etc.
- Complete fluency in English and French
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally within the financial services or fintech space)
- Experience in ESG funds/investing is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hunger to grow a business, and willingness to work in a collaborative environment with team goals and a team commission structure applied initially
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with a deep understanding of graphs and visuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop creative reporting solutions
- Excellent work stream and time management skills
- Creativity and strategic thinking necessary to master both the daily hands-on analysis and the big picture reporting strategy
