• What is on their roadmap
• Up and coming new competitors
• Pricing comparison

Introduce and run User Group Sessions with Business Partners and Priority Customers

• Review and analyse new ideas logged through the idea’s portal:
• Assign to support/consulting where needed
• Provide feedback to customers

Create and manage pop up communication (Africa specific)

Implement and execute NPS improvement plan

• Contact customers to get more feedback
• Implement improvement plan based on feedback
• Log product gaps with Product Manager Global

Customer meetings on request

• Feedback on roadmap
• New integration opportunities
• System complaints escalations

General assistance on other Product Management tasks such as Product communication (internal and external), overview sessions, launch planning, customer meetings, reporting etc.
