What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
We are looking for a stock plan administrator to join the Olo Equity Administration Team. You will work on confidential matters while delivering accuracy and top-notch customer service to all levels of our Olo Team.
Reporting to the Director, Equity Administration, the Stock Plan Administrator will manage stock activity and the equity database. This opportunity provides a variety of responsibilities and the ability to help establish scalable processes to grow with our organization. You can provide solutions and affect a small, valued team at a newly public company that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. Additionally, you will work with our partners in Legal, Finance and Total Rewards.
What You’ll Do

- Maintain our equity award database (Schwab), including ensuring that the processing of grants, terminations, demographic updates, and RSU lapses are processed accurately.
- Conduct data analysis and reconciliations between systems.
- In partnership with Compensation and Legal teams, develop employee communications, and equity training, and create employee-facing communications to ensure equity plans are fully understood. Increase usage and effectiveness of communication tools. Manage equity team inbox with prompt and helpful responses to questions.
- Manage trading windows in the database and the pre-clearance process per our Insider Trading Policy.
- Assist Director with the settling of 10b5-1 trades outside our platform and adding outside broker transactions to our database.
- Continue to develop best practices to improve processes, ensuring technology tools are fully leveraged.
What We’ll Expect From You

- 5+ years in equity plan administration in a public company.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel with the ability to report on data quickly and accurately; use advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Ability to manage numerous detail-intensive, interdependent, and time-sensitive tasks while ensuring accurate completion of the same.
- Experience administering equity-based awards and reviewing and assessing award-related questions and issues.
- Practical knowledge of the legal, tax, and accounting rules relevant to equity compensation and stock administration.
- Ability to provide clear answers on complex equity topics and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to identify issues and develop and recommend solutions.
- Customer service-focused professional with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
Nice to Have

- Experience using Schwab Equiview / SPM System
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or training/coursework and advancement towards CEP certification and/or WorldatWork certification are helpful but not required.
