About the Work:

Honor Compliance Associate ensures that Honor operates in compliance with state and federal
regulations, including those related to Honor’s home care licenses. This role works cooperatively with
Honor Care Pros and all internal teams to ensure alignment of compliance requirements, status, and
responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Care Pro and client compliance requirements across all markets.
  • Support Care Pros in helping them to stay up to date and able to work.
  • Regularly audit existing and incoming Care Pro documentation for completeness and accuracy,coordinate with internal teams (Market Teams, Recruiting, Implementation, etc.) to flag issues
  • Regularly audit client documentation and files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify gaps in compliance processes (onboarding, communication, reporting etc.) and develop

    solutions to address them.

  • Partner with operations teams to educate on market-specific regulatory requirements and ensure

    compliance.

  • Assist with compliance related questions from internal teams.

About you:

To succeed in the role, you’ll need:

  • Effective communication cross functionally and externally
  • Able to assess risk and determine appropriate course of action or escalation in difficult situations
  • Sound judgement and good decision-making skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail oriented and curious mindset
  • Ability to react positively to an environment where priorities and deadlines can quickly change.

 

What’s next?

Honor is remote friendly! We’re hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. No roles will require permanent relocation, but as conditions allow, we’ll have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX hubs.
