We are seeking a meticulous customer centric Operations Manager to join our Operations team overseeing our field maintenance team that monitors, troubleshoots and services Soofa Signs across the country. This role will focus on keeping our fleet’s of top-of-the-line IoT devices immaculate and our customers happy.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Soofa Sign fleet operations
- Oversee work orders for in-field contractors to complete sign repairs and key component swaps
- Collaborate with engineering on software new tool development
- Create in-field contractor work reports, manage the contractor invoicing process
- Produce failure reports, identifying emerging trends for maintenance
- Manage maintenance inventory
- Improve workflows between operations, sales, customer success and field maintenance
- Implement new operations software tools
- Develop KPIs with VP of Operations
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years experience in a technical operations role
- 1+ years’ startup experience
- Experience using SaaS and productivity tools, such Slack, Salesforce and Asana
- Strong communicator and forward thinker
- Effective meeting planner and runner—we want to see the template you use for meeting agendas

- Comfortable communicating with and coordinating remote work with contractors
- A meticulous worker; nothing delights you more than a pristine spreadsheet
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Curious and ambitious, excited to learn the ins and outs of Soofa’s product
- Love of working cross-departmentally with many stakeholders
- Warm, empathetic, people-first approach to everything you do
Bonus Points For
- Experience with ticketing system such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Any firmware or software experience is a plus
