We are looking to hire a Remote Retail Mortgage Sales Manager that demonstrates leadership, enthusiasm, can help drive sales, and ability to recruit and motivate others!
While as the Remote Retail Mortgage Sales Manager your duties are but are not limited to:
- Recruit and build a sales team of retail loan officers in assigned branch
- Effectively communicate with all levels of management, both internal and external customers
- Build strategic and tactical plans for driving volume growth in assigned area
- Analyze and monitor the daily/monthly production in their designated branches
- Set goals and expectations for loan officers and monitor performance against those goals
- Provide supervision and communication and overseeing all implementation and support of policy and procedures
- Assist with identifying training needs to ensure loan officer development
- Thorough product knowledge and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to residential mortgage lending
- Other duties may be assigned
Job requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role in residential mortgage lending
- Minimum of 3+ years of loan origination experience
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed production standards
- Current NMLS and state license
