Job Description:
Sr. Graphic Designer
Full-time, Remote
DOE $70,000-80,000 plus benefits
We are on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our client’s creative team. We are looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience who is a tinker-er, a curious mind and creative soul who always has one more trick up their sleeve. Are you passionate about creating brands, love all things design and are happiest when you’re making something? Do you want your designs to not only look incredible, but to also solve a problem or communicate an idea?
The Senior Designer will work closely with our client’s Creative Director, to hone their big ideas into razor-sharp design solutions and campaigns.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
● Supports and works closely with the creative director
● Mentor and guide junior designers
● Translate creative direction and brand strategy into design solutions that that are
both strategic and visually stunning
● Able to think and work individually, but also thrives in collaborative processes
● Think big, brainstorm, think conceptually and contribute fresh ideas
● Confidently present your ideas and work to the team as well as directly to clients
● Must be motivated, organized and able to think and execute creatively and
meticulously with a sharp eye for detail
● Ability to take direction, and change direction as the project requires
● Responds well to input from others and designs based on creative direction in a wide
variety of styles
● Staying current on trends, best practices, innovations and sharing those findings with
the team and constantly looking for opportunities to implement them in your work
● The ability to execute in a variety of styles with a high level of finish and design within
established brand guidelines and frameworks
● Partner with third-party vendors including contract designers, photographers,
printers, and videographers
● Experience building files for both print and digital formats
Requirements
● Must have a passion for branding and logo design
● Must be a conceptual thinker and creative problem solver
● Must be a versatile designer able to tailor the design style and approach to the client
● Must be a team player willing to tackle whatever work gets thrown your way where
no project is too big or small
● A hands on designer who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done
● Passionate about working on a diverse range of projects and clients – loves to learn
about new products, services, missions and thrives in an environment where
everyday brings something new
● Demonstrate ability to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet
deadlines, effectively manage priorities and communicate progress
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can present ideas clearly to
others
