You will own strategy and execution for our Paid Social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more. Specifically, you will drive our creative experimentation and strategy as well as performance optimization and analytics for your channels.
You will be equal parts creative and analytical, just as comfortable facilitating best-in-class creative production as you are analyzing performance. You will work extremely closely with our Brand, Creative and Influencer teams, incorporating best practices to produce a high volume of creative assets to generate insights and drive toward optimal messaging and visual elements. You will also manage any external partners to maximize channel performance.
Responsibilities

- Increasing the speed and scale of creative development for your respective channels. As the resident creative strategist for your channels, you will collaborate with Influencers, Brand and Creative teams to build a methodical, hypothesis driven creative experimentation process.
- Scaling existing paid social investments by identifying opportunities to drive incremental growth. You will think outside of traditional executions to identify unique solutions to stated hypotheses.
- Identifying opportunities to expand our paid social footprint. We have found success in other areas through testing and you will develop an approach to scale them into successful evergreen channels. Potential opportunities include Snap, Quora, Reddit, Pinterest and Twitter.
- Being the lead analyst for your channels, developing and delivering performance insights to share with the broader organization. You will have an understanding of performance deeper than surface level and will use that to develop hypotheses in partnership with analytics. Additionally, you will partner with analytics to implement lift testing.
Minimum Qualifications
-
- 3 years of experience driving new customer acquisition through digital channels
- 1 year experience with a D2C brand or at a media agencyDirect, hands-on, experience within paid social platforms including Meta, YouTube and TikTok
- Experience driving creative strategy and optimization with creative teams
Preferred Experience
-
- 5 years of experience driving new customer acquisition through digital channels 2 years experience with a D2C brand or at a media agency
- Experience developing, negotiating and executing paid media buys across platforms
- Experience working with external agency partners
- Keen business sense and an ability to critically assess all facets of a digital media plan
