SugarCRM is looking for an innovative, strategic, and collaborative Director, Product Management for AI, Analytics and Data.  This role works closely with a diverse global team of data scientists, product managers and engineers. It requires engagement with multiple internal stakeholders across Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Services functions. You will also work directly with SugarCRM customers and partners.  As part of our team, you will be critical to the creation of futuristic AI powered data and analytics solutions delivered across the Sugar Platform. As Director, Product Management, you will enthusiastically and empathetically represent the SugarCRM brand as we reinvent customer experience (CX).

Responsibilities:

• • Discover opportunities to apply AI/ML to solve business problems across the product portfolio
  • Gather, manage, and prioritize customer and market requirements
  • Partner with the rest of the product leadership teams to influence planning, prioritization, and creation of a product roadmap
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of technical product owners
  • Manage stakeholder engagements, assessing key pain points and facilitating execution with the delivery team
  • Drive design to delivery of our AI based analytics and data fueled product capabilities
  • Analyze data to measure impact of product improvements and iterate to optimize performance

Qualifications:

• • 7+ years of technical product management
  • Prior experience with AI, data and analytics is required
  • Extensive industry knowledge with increasing responsibility at one or more major software firms
  • Prior experience in mid-market B2B software is preferred
  • Track record of delivering industry-leading products to market from ideation through execution
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and graceful under pressure
  • Strong storyteller and ability to communicate effectively with individuals, managers, and executives
  • Familiarity with Internet privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
