Position: Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Location:  US based. Remote location, East Coast preference

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading candidate-focused marketing activities globally, including content conception and creation, delivery, strategy and ROI. You will focus on supporting the global recruiting teams by utilizing the latest social, video and web tools to enhance our branding, encourage employee engagement, and build candidate funnel. You will create strategic marketing campaigns in conjunction with other internal stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead Riverbed’s overall Recruiting attraction strategy in alignment with Corporate Marketing, Communications, social media, and PR teams.
  • You will be the storyteller of Riverbed’s mission, vision, values, and culture.
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on selling a career at Riverbed to our global talent marketplace
  • Guide our employee branding initiatives, including collateral and content generation, employee reviews, and event marketing
  • Create content to be used in external marketing campaigns (web, video, and social) and internal campaigns (intranet, referrals, email) including all copywriting
  • Collaborate with global and regional Recruiting teams to understand their market challenges, success factors, and priorities
  • Lead projects with many internal stakeholders including Recruiting, HR, Benefits, Finance, Marketing, Communications, and Sales
  • Identify, create, and maintain analytical methods to evaluate program and campaign success, and to report on ROI to leadership
  • Collaborate with our Recruiting Manager, Diversity Programs, and our Diversity Task Force to build a strategy for greater inclusion and representation in the workforce
  • Work closely with our careers page provider and ATS to enhance and measure our CTR and improve our SEO
    Stay up to date with hiring and market trends including new social platforms, marketing methods, and employment trends

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in content or communications-focused marketing position
  • Experience in digital advertising and SEM strategy development
  • Experience in social media campaign creation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in managing and creating content for different Social Channels (ideally Linkedin, Glassdoor, and Twitter)
  • Experience with Graphics and Marketing Tools including Photoshop, Marketo, Canva, HubSpot and Data Visualization tools like Tableau
  • Able to manage complex projects across multiple teams and geos
  • Strong data analytic skills and understanding of recruiting metrics
  • Have a customer-first mentality
  • Love storytelling
  • Global company experience and mindset
  • Experience working with a Talent Acquisition or HR team is desirable
  • Fluency in English, and other languages would be an advantage (German, French, Spanish)
