We’re looking for a Partner Manager to grow relationships with channel and technology partners. You will lead cross functional project teams and partner relationships so that these partnerships are mutually successful. As an early member of the partnership team, you’ll help to create structure and processes for our partnership program, and identify our ideal partner profiles as well as set timelines and expectations. You will report to the Director of Partnerships and work closely with them to ensure our partnerships are driving more revenue and supporting Figment’s mission of increasing the adoption of web3 protocols.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Attain sales targets for North American channel partner sales, this is a quota carrying position
- Contribute to building a world class team by hiring, onboarding, and training new channel partner team members
- Develop current and new channel partner relationships.
- Manage partner toolkits including sales tools, co-marketing plans, training and enablement materials
- Work jointly with marketing to develop partner marketing plans and participate in web3 events.
- Assist sales team on activating partner clients
- Handle partner C-Level executive relationships.
- Strategize around partner management and driving sales through partners.
- Work to define optimal referral commissions and a deal registration protocol
- Ensure partners comply with contract terms.
Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as an Partnerships Manager for 5+ year(s)
- Experience in selling Financial Products to Enterprise level partners.
- Excellent relationship and partnership management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in structuring commercial contracts with partners and their customers.
- A cross-functional leader with an ability to work across product, data, sales and account management teams.
- Interest in web3 a plus but not required
