your role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with our VP B2B Customer Success to ensure that our corporate customers receive the best possible support. This gives you a significant influence on the satisfaction of our corporate customers, which is reflected in the fact that they conclude follow-up contracts for expiring subscriptions and that they purchase additional vehicles from us. Generating this organic growth is an essential part of our B2B strategy.

your goals

    • Know the market and our product: You will become an expert when it comes to the market for company fleets and what we offer. 
    • Manage a portfolio of existing customers: You are responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience for our corporate customer portfolio. In close cooperation with the B2B team, you will manage to satisfy our customers and ensure that they conclude follow-up contracts.
    • Grow the accounts of our existing customers: One of your main responsibilities is to ensure the growth of the existing B2B accounts. With an optimal offer and excellent support at all levels, you will be able to cover our customers’ new vehicle needs with subscriptions from FINN.
    • Improve our processes: You identify potential for improvement and help establish new processes and improve existing ones. In this way you contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of our work.

requirements

    • You have successfully completed your (bachelor’s) degree. 
    • Experience in sales, customer success or (key) account management is an advantage. 
    • You are a communication talent. 
    • Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who works out solutions together with potential customers.
    • You are structured and question existing processes.
    • You speak fluent German.
