Position Summary:
The Global Alliances Launch Manager works within the Global Vendor Alliances (GVA) organization and plays an important role working directly with the leaders across GVA to enable successful Business Operations. They are a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence. The Manager partners with internal teams to ensure successful, on-time launches of new vendors, products, and Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s). They help to drive strategic planning and successful execution from a global and regional perspective.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee launch processes to confirm thorough requirement documentation, manage requirements analysis, product prioritization, KPI tracking, and user training/readiness across vendors & ISV’s
- Lead launches that support Pax8’s ability to land commerce changes quickly, efficiently, and compliantly to market globally – including price changes, rebrands, and product engineering updates
- Partner with business planning, product marketing, sales, and engineering on go-to-market strategies to land updated offers, promotions, and pricing in market
- Work with leadership and vendor teams to contribute to key business events, next fiscal year planning, running business reviews, MBR, QBR and other strategic business planning activities
- Maintain launch roadmaps and execute launch requirements
- Track and communicate changes across business planning and stakeholders
- Perform organizational health monitoring, planning, and development
- Provide broad POV, drives business health strengthening initiatives
- Drive operational efficiencies backed by data analysis and insights from multiple sources including finance and engineering
- Make thoughtful, partner and data driven decisions while ensuring both quality and speed are top of mind
- Lead their team with positive and team-oriented attitude to contribute effectively
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least four (4) to six (6) years of relevant business experience in program management, operations, or support roles
- Operational background in Microsoft cloud solutions
- Strong relationship building skills
- Passion for creating clarity and generating energy to deliver success, and sees opportunities to thrive in ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training, executive presentations and innovations in 1:1 and 1:many settings
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver presentations in live, virtual, and/or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated ability to create a scalable business plan to drive the business, analyze results and make appropriate modifications to continually improve execution
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working with leadership team on sensitive business and organizational issues
- Ability to manage ambiguity and propose workable solutions to challenging problems
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective business innovation proposals to Senior Leadership & C-Staff
- Ability to engage cross-functionally to request resources, collaborate and coordinate multiple projects
- Creative and “out-of-the-box” thinker
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with project management skills
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $115,000 or more depending on experience
