About Us
Brightline is on a mission to build a bright future for every child, bringing extraordinary behavioral health care to children and families.
We’re in the middle of a behavioral health crisis that we can’t ignore—especially not when it comes to our children. 1 in every 5 children has a behavioral health condition, yet up to 80% still get little or no help. Far too many families face insurmountable barriers when their child really needs help, and parents are too often left feeling alone and without the support they need. We can do so much better. That’s why we’re here!
When you join Brightline, you’re joining a team that has an unstoppable drive to change the lives of families across the country. We’re a team of thoughtful problem-solvers, expert and kind clinicians, and experienced operators and technologists. Above all, we’re committed to helping each other succeed, learn, and grow—all while bringing care to families when, where, and how they need it.
No matter what you’re looking for in your next role, we’re pretty confident that you’ll #FindItAtBrightline.
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional clinical executive to join our leadership team, reporting to our CEO as our Chief Clinical Officer (CCO). This person has extensive experience in recruiting talented therapists, developing robust internal training programs to promote therapist growth, facilitating a positive team culture (particularly in a remote environment), and providing clinical oversight with deep expertise in pediatric behavioral intervention.
The CCO also is an innovation and change champion and is agile at public speaking (with commercial and clinical audiences) and internal influencing (with therapists, psychiatrists, coaches, and other members of Brightline).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clinical executive leadership: build, maintain and champion a world class community of clinicians and coaches who provide exceptional care to members.
- Clinical people manager: manage the leaders of our service lines and coach them to effective leadership of their teams

- Leading by example: bring your clinical experience to develop a culture of learning and growth for our care team, provide oversight and supervision for our care team leadership.
- Be a change agent: be a close partner to the leadership team on innovation and scaling our model, and lead our care team through company growth and evolution.
- Clinical quality: ensure safe and effective evidence-based care delivery.
- Internal and external thought leadership: help deliver consistency about Brightline’s clinical programs, value, innovation and quality in conversions to a broad set of constituents, whether that’s in an internal All Hands or with press, a customer, or the academic community.
