We are looking for someone to join our clinical network program and to manage strategic clinical partnerships for Medical Operations. This is a full-time employment position.
How You'll Contribute:
Manage a portfolio of strategic clinical network partnerships.
Own partner relationships encompassing multiple partners/sites/lines of business.
Set the partner management strategy and builds optimal partner service delivery models that reach across multiple regions depending on clinical network services.
Drive alignment and collaboration with wider functional stakeholder groups across.
Manage onboarding and implementation of new medical network partners.
Facilitate integration, risk assessment and onboarding of partners with internal teams, such as engineering, product, client services, quality and supply chain.
Ensure success of existing clinical network partners.
Develop trusted relationships and provide high touch, responsive support to partners.
Key point of contact for communication.
Identify areas of opportunity to proactively and intentionally improve and further develop clinical partner relationships.
Understand concerns and partner with cross functional teams to provide input and resolve issues.
Provide input to clinical medical operations network program development as a key stakeholder.
Communicate important information and changes between partners and Color.
Author and maintain resources for partners.
Contribute to internal playbooks.
Organize and support quality requirements – such as audits and regular qualifications.
Provide input on clinical network partner relationships to regular business review.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5+ years of industry experience as a Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Vendor Relations Manager in the health technology space
Experience implementing technical healthcare integrations with vendor partners
A proven track record of managing relationships and driving outcomes across a matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company where fast-paced change is the norm
A high-caliber customer service skill set and mindset and a desire to be the first person that a medical provider network contacts when they need help
Strong results orientation and track record of delivering complex projects that exceed client expectations
Personal accountability; you own the decisions, actions, and process needed to support healthy long term vendor relationships
Strong ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators: you identify core challenges in complex situations, explain trade offs, and incorporate feedback to drive decisions through docs, wikis, meetings, and other channels as needed
Experience building and iterating programs with high urgency and multiple stakeholders
Comfort working at a rapid pace and with a high degree of autonomy, within a complex and changing work environment
Experience using Google Suite, Slack
Location: Flexible, with preference for major metro areas in the US
Nice to Have:
Clinical healthcare operations experience
Telehealth experience
Experience working with electronic health records
Experience working with medical professional and physician networks Familiarity with technology stacks and integrations
Possible Projects to Contribute to:
Managing a new clinical medical operations network relationship across Color’s national network of clinical network partners
Creation of clinical network support team
Supporting medical network partners by escalating any technical or operational support issues they encounter
Cross-functional retrospective meetings aimed at improving our collective playbooks, processes and outcomes
