About the role
As a Senior Mobile Engineer on the Core Services, Driver engineering team, you will work on the core systems and applications which power Veho's delivery operations platform. You will build friendly, delightful, and optimized experience for our Driver Partners, which power successful outcomes for end consumers. You will help build and scale our mobile app, which guides our driver partners through the delivery process while performing services on the Veho Platform, as well the internal UIs and the APIs and microservices which power those applications.
What you'll be doing
- Architecting, building, testing, and deploying front end web and mobile applications and features for our customer, client, and operations user bases
- Working with Product and Design to confirm requirements, prioritization, and development of new frontend features
- Collaborating and adding value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
- Working with technical and non-technical end-users, other engineers, and product managers in a cross functional, quick moving, and collaborative environment
- Analyzing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability and providing recommendations on how to leverage our technology more efficiently
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Advanced knowledge of React Native
- Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks, like React and React Native.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle, building and scaling frontend applications
- Enjoy taking initiative, is a self-starter, and is excited about collaborating on big challenges

The starting salary for this role is $127,271. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
