Managers in this role get to:

• Create reports and dashboards to provide insight into key data points
• Daily review of sales metric and performance reports
• Review of Lead Score quality and recommendations for scoring adjustments
• Providing reports for Sales Leadership in Salesforce or PowerBI

• Accurately analyze and collect data to assist leadership in making informed business decisions
• Create reports and dashboards to provide insight into key data points
• Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
• Recommend new metrics or adjustment to existing metrics

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce CRM configuration and / or administration
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, problem solve, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize daily responsibilities
• Excellent English language skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate via verbal and written documentation action plans that will improve team service level and quality
• Interface effectively and professionally with all levels of management both internally and externally
• Strong Analytical Skills required to critically assess situations and make decisions in real time
• Trend analysis skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to plan and organize effectively / detail-oriented
