Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Chief Financial Officer to work on our project – Dreamsmaker.

Our ideal candidate has experience guiding the financial systems that empower us.
We’re searching for an experienced CFO to join our team of high-performing
professionals.

Role responsibilities:
 Responsible for investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting,
helping to drive the project’s financial strategy and hiring needs.
 Creating strategic analysis and plans regarding our financials and investments to
support decision making with Management.
 Continuously developing our controlling and accounting systems.
 Ensure cash flow is compatible with project operations, by overseeing the day-to-
day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the
organization.
 Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal
operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement.
 supporting the CEO in mapping out fundraising processes

Education and Experience:
 Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
 In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
 Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
 Blockchain and Crypto Markets Experience/Interest, experience being a plus
Deep understanding of the gaming industry and marketing for games.
 Experience in marketing in gaming/crypto/Fintech space.
 Deep understanding of blockchain aspects

Skills Required:
 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
 Can work at a very fast pace on multiple projects
 Ability to work to very tight deadlines
 Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to meet company needs
 Organization and planning
