Radio Frequency (RF) Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible to validate the entitlement of all North America Hospital Patient Monitoring Wireless Services sold. The entitlement validates the dollars sold supports the required registration. You will work directly with the Customer Project Managers to ensure the sold wireless registration services are completed prior to the installation of the equipment. This registration is an FCC requirement, and our customers have the option to purchase this service from Philips.

You are responsible for

  • Coordinating with Customer Project Managers the sold Wireless Registration services
  • Registering Wireless Products on ASHE website
  • Communicating the registration completion and upload certificates to the Project and Sharepoint
  • Escalation to Customer Project Manager and Service Implementation Manager if sold services cost does not cover the required registration cost

You are part of

Consists of members of the Connected Care Services Operation Team and directly reports to the Implementation Manager.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Proficient in:

  • Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word)
  • Sales Force application (PSA)
  • SAP
  • Share Points
  • Websites
