And we’re still in the early days of capturing an immense opportunity – more than 2 billion person-to-business communications happen each day, mostly through legacy channels like phone and email.The Business Messaging Product Marketing team works across Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp to uncover deep customer and market insights, set positioning and strategy for our products and solutions, define go-to-market, and tell our story through content and campaigns. We’re responsible for products that help people and businesses connect over messaging, including business inboxes in our messaging apps, APIs for developers, and monetization products. This role will report to the Product Marketing Lead for Business Messaging Monetization.
Product Marketing Manager, Business Messaging Monetization Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Marketing Lead for Business Messaging Monetization to identify scalable monetization models that align with value created for business and users
- Lead development, socialization, and execution of global, comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Business Messaging monetization
- Drive inbound product marketing: Be the pulse of the market through industry research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis, and structured qualitative feedback from businesses through direct engagement
- Guide cross-functional teams (both global and regional) in developing client communications, product documentation, and sales collateral
- Create leadership briefings, client communications, and sales collateral for Business Messaging monetization initiatives
- Drive high-priority, fast-moving decisions with stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
- Communication experience with technical, business, and external stakeholders
- BA/BS degree
- 6+ years of experience including but not limited to marketing, product, consulting, communications, or information technology
- Experience setting priorities, complex problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
