About the Role:
The CrowdStrike Marketing Operations team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to help us build/improve the processes, infrastructure and data insights that will help to both develop and scale our go-to-market, top of funnel engine. We are looking for someone to establish and scale the top of funnel machine that identifies, develops and qualifies marketing leads and implement a best-in-class sales handoff process that is clear, documented and globally adhered to. This candidate will ensure that data is at the core of every decision and that we have rigorous automation, process and infrastructure in place to help refine our model and drive funnel performance. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience implementing and managing lead funnels aligned to industry best-practices and benchmarks, who can derive insight from data, share learnings and results, build relationships cross functionally, manage multiple projects at once, is meticulous, and has a strong desire to deliver quality projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Ownership/oversight of end-to-end lead funnel, including implementation, lead qualification, follow up strategies, documentation, training and measurement

Actively strengthen relationship between Sales/Sales Operations and Marketing by being main point of contact for all feedback and processes related to the funnel

Manage lead scoring model (demographic, behavioral, predictive, account based) and all related processes in marketing automation and CRM tools

Act as main point of contact for the point of handoff for marketing leads to Sales, maintaining all related processes

Develop SLAs, processes and closed loop feedback mechanisms for lead follow up and tracking

Monitor the performance of the demand generation funnel, plan versus actual and against industry benchmarks

Build framework for measuring and evaluating funnel performance, Marketing attribution, tracking and more

Develop reporting mechanisms to support regular funnel review, with metrics aimed at measuring funnel and campaign performance

Ownership of marketing nurture framework aligned to demand funnel and cross-functional stakeholder campaign goals

What You’ll Need:

9-10+ years in marketing or sales operations related roles

5+ years managing a team

Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Proven experience implementing and managing lead funnel aligned to Sirius Decision framework

Cross-functional worker, natural communicator and ability to build relationships and alignment

Power user of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms including Salesforce and Marketo

Experience with DOMO/Tableau or similar BI platform is a plus

Proficient in analyzing data and distilling results

Natural ability to effectively communicate results and learnings to a variety of audiences and stakeholders

B2B software experience is a plus

Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in fast-paced environments

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $125,000 – $200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
