Job Description
As a Senior Manager of Healthcare Quality on the HEDIS Initiatives team, you will be responsible for ownership of all member and provider initiatives related to HEDIS. This includes but is not limited to:
Maintaining and updating current programs based off data to ensure they meet member/provider satisfaction, convenience, and quality
Develop new programs incorporating technology to meet the member/provider in their space
Use data and technology to drive enhancements, design new programs, and target populations at risk
Define specifications, goals, and ROI for all member/provider programs
Execute programs within budget allowances
Subject matter expert for HEDIS member/provider initiatives that collaborates with internal partners frequently to execute successful, inclusive programs
Required Qualifications
5-7 years experience in healthcare industry
2 years experience designing/executing member programs
2 years experience working with vendors
Knowledge of member benefits and covered services
