Job Description
The Analyst position will be part of the application development team for the Specialty team working with a team of Senior Analysts and Managers (Advisors). This role is to ensure the superior quality coding skills within the Specialty application area and their conformity to approved CVS/Caremark IT standards.
The position will participate in a structured training plan designed to prepare incumbent for increasingly complex programming responsibilities as appropriate skills. Subsequently, you will be responsible for Technical project assignment in both back and front-end development with relational database integration. Your primary focus will be to create Angular/Java development and assisting in requirement gathering, definition and creation in a specialty pharmacy system, with a focus on prescription process and best practices, navigation, reliability, and maintainability. You will work in a fast-paced environment for a growing business. You will work in a team with Sr Analyst, Architects, Technical leads, other back end and front-end developers supporting all phases of the Specialty pharmacy business.
Required Qualifications
1+ year development experience in a leading educational institution or working in an organization by participating as a member of a larger project / program team

Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Healthcare and / or PBM business, Specialty Medical Claims a plus.
Ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders
Interest in programing in Java, Angular, HTML/CSS3, Oracle development
