Job Description
100% Remote position
The Learning & Development Program Owner partners with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise to create, develop, implement and measure learning strategies for Enterprise Advancement projects. In this role you will be on the cutting edge of learning innovation for the Enterprise Learning Development and Performance team.
Success in this role is:

– Experience influencing others including non-direct reports, at all levels (Individual Contributor through executive)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60300
Maximum: 126600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and/or performance consulting
