Job Summary:
Trimble takes pride in enabling the success of our customers when utilizing our building construction solutions, which is achieved by highly collaborative product leaders within Trimble. The Building Construction Field Solutions Division is currently seeking a Customer Success Coordinator reporting to the Director, Customer Success.
As an individual contributor, you will drive customer engagement, adoption, retention, and the expansion of our BCFS portfolio and services by enabling overall customer success with both our strategic customers and distribution partners. You’ll collaborate closely with our CS leaders as well as Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in order to provide guidance and complete solutions to our customer’s and partners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and validating the go-to market message for new products under development. Understanding what messaging works for the products target customer segment
- Represent both our customer and partners voice in product, project and portfolio strategy decision making process, alongside Segment, Marketing, Sales and CS teams
- Research and understand the competitive landscape for each product segment on a regional basis to better leverage the betterment of BCFS product portfolio
- Own, drive and resolve customer and partner related activities to maximize their experience working with Trimble
- Drive resolution of specific departmental or cross functional issues that need resolving to maintain or improve our customer experience working with Trimble.
- Assist both our customers and partners where applicable to drive customer satisfaction, ROI, attainment and BCFS portfolio adoption
- Collaborate closely with Sales to establish and build relationships with new and existing strategic customers
- Travel will include visiting Trimble customers and partners worldwide as well as attending applicable trade shows. Travel may fluctuate over time, depending on project and business needs and can adapt to personal circumstances
Characteristics/Skills
- Ability to operate with team projects, guiding short term activities that coverage on an overall long term strategy
- Able to take general guidance and apply it to other situations , working with minimal directions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail
- Effective global collaboration through the use of synchronous and asynchronous communication methods
- Effective time management and ability to work in a dynamic environment while responding to changing priorities
- Many tasks will require collaboration with various groups that are often not under your direct control. You must be able to represent the BCFS team’s interest and justify the requests with these groups to achieve your desired result
Required Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS required
- Minimum 4 years experience in product management, marketing or project management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as technical support, product, account management, sales and marketing
- A positive, can-do attitude, with willingness to be flexible
- Knowledge of the construction industry-work experience preferred
