Position: Product Manager
You will work alongside a team of product managers, product marketers, and strategists to identify what topics we should teach next. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and our Sr Director of Production. Together, you will decide how to optimize our content for existing customers and identify adjacent opportunities in the marketplace for our product. You will be extremely close to our customers’ needs in their own words – as a result, you will also own the information architecture of our learning and assessment content.

What you’ll do:
- Define and execute on the product roadmap for market fit and growth
- Conduct and manage market research, beta tests, and pilots
- Translate market research into product requirements in partnership with product marketing and production
- Manage the release of new topic areas in our catalog
- Be an expert on our competition in trade skills and find inspiration from other 3D and VR brands
- Ensure we are effectively penetrating our target markets
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management, product marketing, or market research experience
- Demonstrated success validating and launching new products or features
- Strong portfolio of market research projects
- Some experience in content-based products and familiarity with information architecture
- Practical ability to write product requirements, user stories, etc
- Some experience in EdTech, learning design, gaming or 3D design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
