This role offers the opportunity to join our high-impact acquisition marketing team and lead the charge on one of the business’ top priorities: building a user-centric content strategy that helps us attract and convert a qualified audience.
As a member of the Content Conversion team you will be responsible for uncovering deep insights about our audience’s behaviors and attitudes and using those insights to inform strategic conversion rate optimization (CRO) plays across all of HubSpot’s blog properties, HubSpot Academy, and the co-marketing program. This is a cross-functional role that is well-suited for someone passionate about creative and strategic thinking, influencing stakeholders, and executing start-to-finish projects designed to hit aggressive demand targets.
In This Role You’ll Get To
- Create and improve content conversion experiences
- Increase lead generation conversion rates and provide strategic content direction on high-impact projects using research and CRO insights
- Regularly conduct user research, synthesize data, and report findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Own the implementation of successful tests or strategies
- Design and execute cross-channel engagement strategies to better connect with our audience on both mobile and desktop
- Improve HubSpot’s content quality, utility, usability, and satisfaction
We Are Looking For People Who Have
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Success leading conversion rate optimization and/or qualitative and quantitative research project with demonstrated impact
- A proven track record of reinventing strategies and bringing new ideas to the table
- Experience with building metrics into projects and regularly keeping stakeholders updated on progress
- An understanding of how to prioritize opportunities based on effort, urgency, and impact
- The knowledge to create content tailored to a specific segment of the buyer’s journey
- A high level of accountability for the quality and outcomes of their work
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and change often
Bonus Skills
- Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with web & user behavior analytics tools to support test analysis
