We’re looking for a motivated remote recruiter to help us blow out our hiring targets at our fast-growing company.

Mammoth Growth is a consultancy that helps businesses better understand and use their data to grow faster and more efficiently. We have solved “product market fit” and now need to grow our expert team of data analysts and engineers as fast as we can.

As a Recruiter with Mammoth Growth, you will be expected to work with the leadership team to find and recruit candidates in the data analysis field, use multiple sourcing platforms, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate:

• Is a quick learner and is comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly
• Has 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Has experience recruiting for technical roles, such as data analysts and engineers, as well as operational roles for a company
• Has excellent communication skills
• Provides an excellent candidate experience
• Is responsive and has excellent attention to detail
