The chosen Accounting Manager will supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day operational accounting activities. Your responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems to collect, analyze, verify, and report information. You will work closely with the Global Controller and a dynamic and engaged Accounting/ Finance department.

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Manage and oversee the daily international operations of the accounting department including:
- Month-end and year-end close process
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Cash receipts and cash forecasting
- General ledger
- Payroll and health benefits
- Fixed asset reconciliations and depreciation
- Prepaid reconciliations
- Debt activity
- ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
- Taxes and sales taxes
- International subsidiary / inter-company relationships
- Transfer pricing
Requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance, active CPA is a plus but not a must
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, NetSuite accounting software is a big plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to work proactively and understand how to anticipate the needs of the Controller
- Exhibit a positive track record when directing and supervising others
- Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Strong ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
