Our product-focused approach has led us to seven figures in revenue with no full time marketing or sales or team, while attracting brands like Asana, Glossier, and Vox Media as customers. In this role, you will work the directly with our CEO to own the strategy and execution of Slab’s self-serve acquisition, retention, and growth.

What you will be doing

  • Become an expert in our product and the customer journey
  • Analyze quantitive and qualitative data to formulate hypotheses and interpret results
  • Design, execute, and evaluate growth experiments
  • Maintain and optimize existing channels and funnels
  • Develop an overarching framework to guide growth initiatives

Sound like You?

  • You have 2+ years experience in acquisition, retention, and product-led growth for a B2B SaaS product
  • You can write SQL as well as our backend engineers
  • You communicate clearly and concisely with teammates and customers
  • You love to learn and demonstrate the ability to do so very quickly
  • You are self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
  • You identify with Slab’s mission and values
