The Marketing Automation Specialist will be a key role in helping Galvanize scale in revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns. You will be the campaign operations expert and work hand in hand with the global marketing teams to launch, manage and troubleshoot campaign activities, including webinars, virtual events, nurture and content programs.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be building strong relationships with a team of kind and empowered individuals across marketing and sales who value growth, whom you can not only work with but learn from. We are not afraid to embrace change especially when it comes to tech. You’ll be challenged with interesting and integral work that has a real impact on the company’s growth and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities & Duties

    • Manage the build, testing and launching of marketing campaigns within Marketo
    • Ensure leads and contacts are scored in Marketo and assigned to sales in SFDC – no leads left behind!
    • Triage all campaigns requests using project management and collaboration tools (Box, Confluence, Slack & Asana) to ensure that requirements are defined, content is delivered, emails and landing pages are built and QA’ed.
    • Collaborate with the global marketing team in leveraging data & insights to continually improve campaign performance by iterating and A/B testing messaging, design, and target audiences.
    • Champion documentation and cross-train internal teams on best practices within our marketing automation platform.

      • A solid communicator and collaborator
      • 1+ years of marketing or marketing-related experience
      • Basic understanding of a lead lifecycle – inquiry, MQL, opportunity, etc.
      • 1+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)
      • Basic proficiency with Salesforce.com (CRM)
      • Experience with remote collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Box, Confluence, Asana

Bonus Points if you have:
      • A Marketo Certification
      • Experience with sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft)
      • Web development experience (HTML/CSS for emails & landing pages)
      • Familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, SFDC Reports, Bizible)
      • Experience with webinar production
      • Worked at a B2B / SaaS software company or marketing agency
