We’re looking for a stellar account-based marketing manager to support the growth of our ABM program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing multiple ABM strategies for 1:1 account targeting, 1: few programs, and 1: many tactics designed to generate response and assist sales in penetrating accounts.
You’ll work cross-functionally with our Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and Support teams to help drive growth together. Additionally, you will help build the ABM engine through technology, deep analysis and best practices.
You are a self-starter with an energetic and willing attitude.
This role can be based anywhere in the US and reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop compelling high-touch, high-value programs, building campaign assets and leading the charge on executing and writing multi-channel ABM campaigns.
Work cross functionally to develop, iterate and deliver creative assets for your campaigns including landing pages, emails, direct mail, advertising assets, messaging, contact research and list building, digital ad strategy, gifting, emails, etc.
Leverage our marketing automation system and tools to execute on campaigns and track performance on activities. Work closely with the rest of the marketing operations team to improve performance (HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM tool).
Work closely with marketing operations to configure systems, create and test program assets, provide sales alerts and ensure rep visibility, build a measurement plan, and compile data and report on performance by channel, tactic, offer, message, etc.
What you bring to the role:
4+ years of B2B account-based marketing experience and knowledge of ABM best practices.
Experience with ABM tools and tactics such as: targeted digital ads, direct mail and gifting automation, analytics and reporting, data enrichment, and account intelligence, website personalization, etc.
Data-driven with a continuous learning mindset.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and salesforce.
Excellent communication skills.
A passion for working in a startup environment (fast paced, constant growth and change, high energy).
