Role Purpose:

The Enterprise Account Manager will lead the overall long term strategy and relationship within the assigned account portfolio. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving financial targets and growth for the accounts assigned, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and working with product and marketing teams to feed back requirements and improvements for the product road map.

Role Value:

Account Management looks after the majority of Jumio’s revenue each year. With high levels of repeat business and growing revenue streams from many customers, the Account Manager position is integral to Jumio’s growth and customer satisfaction. You’ll be making a direct impact on Jumio’s success and be helping customers to eliminate identity fraud every day.

Responsibilities:

● Identify business opportunities, build client relationships and demonstrate the desire and ability to negotiate and win deals.
● Work with managers and colleagues to define account strategies and identify opportunities to drive business expansion.
● Interact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction by taking a high-touch, consultative, approach.
● Develop and execute against account plans, meet and exceed targets
● Articulate compelling value propositions about Jumio’s services
● Work cross functionally with Solution Engineering, Marketing and Finance to maximize account growth
● Draft and present business reports

Experience and Qualifications:
● Positive attitude, team oriented and self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve account plan and contribute to the goals of the organization
● 8+ years relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Success and/or Sales
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
● Experience with Salesforce CRM
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Professional, ambitious, determined and results oriented mind set
● Experience in FSI, sharing economy, and / or gaming markets for Security and Compliance is preferred
