As an Account Manager you will be responsible for providing the best customer experience possible by developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
The job is to work closely with our Italian clients to ensure:
- they are fully aware of the services and benefits our exchange offers,
- all questions gets answered professionally and compliantly,
- they are satisfied with the services they receive,
- they are aware of and properly utilising the benefits they are entitled to.
We need our Account Managers to be in tune with what the client needs and what their challenges are and to work with them to specifically overcome them.
- Convert registrations to active clients.
- Be the dedicated point of contact for our clients in your region.
- Respond to incoming questions and queries about our platform and the markets.
- Integrate Training & Support – to make sure that our clients are taken through the system and trained in the product’s use, ensuring a fully engaged, positive and valuable experience.
- Proactively identify and reach out to clients who are currently not active and close any gaps in understanding.
- Proactive approach in activating churned clients.
- Attending cryptocurrency events and conferences.
- Always on the hunt for new clients and generating new business.
- Native Italian speaker (any other european language is a plus).
- Fluent in English (C1/C2).
- Highest standard of written and spoken communication.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a client facing role (customer success, account manager).
- Experience working in financial services is desirable.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, various exchanges, brokers and blockchain is a must.
- Degree educated is desirable.
- You should be service-oriented and possess as many of the following characteristics as possible:
- strong communication skills,
- problem solver,
- think outside the box.
