We cultivate an inclusive culture where everyone can contribute, grow, and feel valued.  In this role we are looking for a partner to manage day to day Accounting functions and build out a team to match the rapid growth of the Company. As we build out the team the role requires adaptation to the needs of the various stages in the Company’s growth. We need a team player that can start with a hands-on role that improves or establishes processes as the Company continues its trajectory.

About the role

  • Ownership over all financial information is accurately reflected in the general ledger and financial statements, maintaining internal controls, and accounting procedures
  • Partnering with departments across the Company, including our sales operations and business systems teams, to ensure transaction information is correct, complete, and timely with accurate reporting
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing new software solutions that drive efficiency for the organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on vendor negotiations to drive optimal value for ThreeFlow
  • Lead continuous improvement of general accounting function within the department
  • Maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Assisting in establishing and ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Support the annual budgeting and planning process
  • Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects

About you

  • 7+ years relevant experience, including people management experience
  • BS or BA in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience, CPA preferred
  • Experience in both public accounting and private industry with an ideal combination of Big 4/public company experience
  • Conducted a first year-audit as either an audit professional or client
  • Strong in-depth working knowledge of US GAAP and local regulations, month-end close processes, operational accounting procedures, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Accounting Information Systems
  • Excitement around navigating a hyper-growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Experience working and partnering with external audit and tax teams
  • We strongly prefer working knowledge and experience with software revenue recognition and ASC 606/340
