The Role:
As a Product Marketing Associate part of the Fintech team, you help lead go-to market strategy and product marketing for our products and fintech services. You have an analytical, growth-focused mind bringing marketing, analytics, user insights and experimentation together to develop and optimize the engagement marketing strategy for customers to drive business growth. You obsess over finding a solution for our service professionals (our Pros) and build delightful, on-brand experiences. You are comfortable working cross functionally with marketing, product, data analytics, customer success, and operations stakeholders to perform customer research, develop strategy, and collect requirements and manage asset production.

What you do each day:
- Support and implement go-to-market strategies and new offerings and features
- Develop customer focused product messaging to be used across multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to email, in-app, social media, video, content, and website
- Understand and apply rigorous testing to inbound and outbound marketing channels to ensure the best fit for our offerings and go-to-market plan
- Assist product marketing team with consumer research, A/B testing, and go-to-market launches
- Analyze performance, business data, and customer’s feedback to generate insights about adoption and usage rates
- Collaborate with the larger marketing teams to develop marketing assets (including messaging/positioning) for best go-to-market strategies and customer research
- Recommend improvements to our go-to-market strategy and team processes
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative marketing research with cross-functional teams, such as product marketing, product, analytics, and marketing execution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience planning and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to email, push notifications, sms, and/or in-app marketing, scripting, press releases, podcasts
- Experience in project management of go-to-market strategies for SaaS products is a plus
- Experience with marketing fintech products such as payment processing, consumer financing, credit card, etc. is a plus
- Empathy for and experience with small business owners and home service business trades is preferred

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates inside and outside of Colorado and the expected salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
