What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

The People Analytics team is on a mission to deliver and implement data-driven insights to attract and empower people to do their best work. Critical to our mission of ensuring that all people decisions made at HubSpot are data-driven, the People Analytics team leads the charge in collecting, analyzing, and sharing data to enable us to support People Operations initiatives at scale. By optimizing the experiences of candidates and employees, we increase the growth potential of  HubSpot and beyond.

As HubSpot continues to grow in both scale and complexity, our Recruiter Enablement team empowers our Global Recruitment team to do their best work by removing friction in systems and processes while adding value and growth opportunities in training and insights. We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to support this team and execute the day to day logistics of team training, communication, and operations. This includes supporting the continuous learning and growth of not only our recruitment team, but the hundreds of interviewers we have across the business here at HubSpot.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Liaise and work with Recruitment Operations to coordinate and create trainings across our global offices. This includes meeting management, content coordination and maintaining our content library.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of recruiting programs and initiatives that optimize global team performance. This includes ongoing recruiter communication, Internal Mobility initiatives, interviewer/hiring manager content and recruiter on-boarding.
  • Use a data-driven approach to identifying trends in program engagement. Leverage these results to provide recommendations to the team.
  • Lead the execution of Recruiting’s quarterly candidate survey, interviewer metrics and data integrity audits.
  • Support building relationships with non-Recruiting teams within HubSpot to amplify Recruiting programs and results.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are extremely organized and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
  • Have successfully coordinated and/or executed a program, ideally focused on educating or training a group, in a professional environment
  • Have strong communication and professional writing skills  — someone who appeals to emotion and understands the need to provide more than just compulsory training and communication to employees
  • Are not afraid to bring new ideas to the table. We need somebody on the team who can improve/iterate and execute on known strategies
  • Are energized by learning, passionate about growth, and investing in yourself as an employee
  • Have a proven track record of success in previous roles/internships

We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.

Important COVID-19 Guidance (For candidates applying to roles in the United States):

In September 2021, the US government issued new federal vaccine guidance that certain government contractors must adhere to. HubSpot is a covered federal contractor and so, based on this guidance, our US-based employees are required to be vaccinated, and show proof of vaccination, by Dec. 28, 2021. What does this mean for you as a potential candidate? It means that if you were to join HubSpot, you would need to be fully vaccinated by Dec. 28, 2021 or by your hire date (whichever is later) to be eligible to start in the role. As a condition of employment, you would need to submit official COVID-19 vaccine documentation. HubSpot will consider and review reasonable accommodation requests based on medical or religious grounds for qualified candidates. Please consider this new requirement when applying to HubSpot.
