What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

We’re looking for a Bilingual (EN & SP) Growth Marketing Lead to take our growth trajectory to the next level. We are looking for someone to own the Go-To Marketing strategy for LaLiga on Flow to accelerate customer and revenue growth to new heights.
You’ll build and nurture a growth mindset across the entire LaLiga on Flow team: helping define the product’s growth plan, coordinating and executing high-impact growth programs, optimizing revenue funnel, and stoking the fire of our organic community.
We’re looking for an experienced product marketer who can bring a data-driven approach to support the team with new feature launches, LiveOps events, ongoing user growth, and who can test and optimize USPs, user flows, and conversion from a Marketing perspective. The ideal candidate has grit and a test-and-learn approach to their process.
Last but not least, demonstrating passion or knowledge of LaLiga and the game of fútbol is a plus, as it is to have growth marketing experience domestically (US) as well as internationally (including Europe, ME, LatAm, etc.)

What we’ll accomplish together:

    • Create and lead integrated go-to-market launch plans and participate in the go-to-market strategy to support massive product adoption.
    • Create segmentation strategies that increase LaLiga on Flow’s addressable audience as a whole.
    • Work with Marketing to refine and optimize all organic and paid media campaigns across the product timeline.
    • Oversee paid digital marketing campaigns to drive new user growth across various digital platforms.
    • Measure and analyze effectiveness and ROI of paid media campaigns. Leverage insights to implement changes and/or spearhead new campaigns.
    • Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, data, and product development teams as needed.
    • Support Community, Marketing, and Product across various campaigns and activations.
    • Work closely with UX on testing customer flows based on various segments.
    • Develop messaging for new product releases that resonate with target audiences.
    • Manage the development of marketing deliverables with internal and external creative and production teams.
    • Create best practices for driving new users at various stages of a product’s life cycle (beta, launch, general release, new season, etc).
    • Aggressively find new opportunities and edges to increase product adoption and sustainable success.
    • Support partner initiatives thoughtfully, diligently, and strategically.
    • Take on special projects with enthusiasm.

    • You can effectively communicate (written and spoken) in English and Spanish
    • You have experience working on Go-To-Market growth strategies for other technology products
    • You have experience in paid media planning and executing integrated campaigns in Spanish and English designed to make an immediate impact
    • You are up for the challenge of making an immense impact when releasing new features and products by building anticipation in our community and delivering delightful experiences.
    • You thrive under pressure from multiple angles, laugh a lot, and enjoy working with passionate people.
    • You’re able to break down complex concepts into digestible, user-friendly ways.
    • You like and understand LaLiga and futbol
    • Passion for community with previous experience and demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels within an organization.
    • Strong subject matter specific writing skills and experience with Dapper products (NBA Top Shot, NFL All Day, UFC Strike).
    • You are capable of applying your skills yourself, with a team, and across a variety of use cases.
    • Technical competency to interact with Product and Engineering as needed, with the ability to story-tell and shape narratives for fan-facing experiences.
    • A culture raiser who thrives working in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment undergoing hyper-growth with the ability to pivot with confidence.
    • Background with products that use high amounts of incentives, loyalty, and gamification – gaming / mobile gaming experience a plus.
