What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, and execute on seasonal merchandise campaigns and work cross functionally to to align timelines, vendor tracking, resource management, and product load In.
- Level Up our program and work to establish brand relationships while collaborating with internal teams for supreme impact
- Work with creative teams to align theme and tone with lifestyle assets for launch, and level set our partners to align in the same fashion.
- Support all internal, key moment, and event requests related to merchandise.
- Support events team participation in major US Events
What you should have
- 3+ years experience in a Brand Merchandising Role or equivalent in passionate fast pace environments
- Experience working with designers and brand guidelines
- Experience leading cross functional merchandising, key moment campaigns, and on site merchandise popups
- Excellent partner management skills, and the ability plan multiple campaigns at once
- Experience with backend POS operations, and ecommerce familiarity
